The QV1 concierge service is complimentary to all tenants. Drop by our desk at reception in the lobby, call, email or fill in our contact form and let us know how we can be of service.
Should you request the concierge team to make a purchase on your behalf, a quotation will first be provided. Written confirmation is then required from you to proceed with the purchase.
Payment can be made to QV1 Concierge for goods and services purchased on your behalf via EFTPOS.

Need help finding a gift for a special someone? Or need to arrange a hair appointment, physio or massage. Whatever you need we can help.
Riding to work? Store your bike in one of QV1's bike storage lockers. The Bike Dr is also available for bookings for any bike repairs or maintenance.
